Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping: 

1. A shipping charge of ₹50 is applicable for orders below ₹899.
2. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional charge of ₹75 is applicable.
3. If your order is below ₹899 and COD is selected, a total charge of ₹125 (₹50 shipping + ₹75 COD) will apply.
4. For orders above ₹899 with COD, only the ₹75 COD charge is applicable.

Once an order is placed on our site, it takes between 2-3 working days to dispatch the order, unless specified otherwise. All orders would take 3-8 working days delivery time from the day the order is placed. We always try our best to make the orders reach our customers at the earliest.

Please note these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes or other carrier delays.

International Shipping: 

Please contact support@flectofit.com for international orders. International orders take a delivery time of 20 working days.

 

Flecto reserves the right to change a COD order to partial COD for high-risk orders or in cases of repeated order cancellations, unverifiable shipping details, or bulk orders from new customers.
