Coupons - Return & Refund

The "Grab1Free" offer allows a customer to add one eligible product free of cost if the order value exceeds ₹2500.

The free product’s value is considered a promotional benefit, not a paid item. If a customer returns any item from the order (including or excluding the free item), the refund will be adjusted based on the final payable value after deducting the value of the free item.

Here are the cases:

Scenario A: Customer returns a paid item, keeps the free item
If after returning the paid item(s), the total order value drops below ₹2500, the refund will be adjusted by the MRP of the free item.

Example:

Order: ₹2700 + 1 free item (worth ₹600)

Customer returns a ₹1000 product

New order value = ₹1700 → no longer qualifies for offer

Refund = ₹1000 - ₹600 = ₹400

Scenario B: Customer returns both paid and free items
Full refund is issued for paid items (provided all terms of return are met).

Free item must be returned unused and in original condition.

If the free item is not returned, its MRP will be deducted from the refund.

Scenario C: Customer returns only the free item
No refund will be issued for the free item, as it was not purchased.
